Parents of newly-diagnosed kidney patients, patients who have struggled with kidney disease for some time and patients on the road to dialysis or transplant or re-transplant, who reside in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut area are
encouraged to attend, along with their school-aged children (5 and older) and teens.
FOR THE PARENTS
- Meet other families and share experiences of coping with chronic kidney disease or a kidney diagnosis on a daily basis
- Attend the Home Show and learn from government, non-profit and industry groups
- Learn from and talk with noted experts in renal care and transplantation
- Meet our Kidney Ambassadors

FOR THE KIDS AND TEENS
- School-aged children (5 and older) and young adults are encouraged to attend
